Returns & Exchanges

At Flawed, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your purchase doesn't feel right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
